Launched at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September, the All-New Galeon 42 is an evolution for the brand, bringing a yacht that takes the best of its predecessors to deliver cleaner cruising and an even more comfortable on-board experience.
At the centre of the Greenline 42 is a freshly designed hull. It has been re-engineered to reduce drag and improve handling - ensuring passengers get an altogether smoother ride.
For those seeking quiet luxury, Greenline's H-Drive 6G system means you can manoeuvre silently, and reduce fuel use during longer journeys.
The Greenline 42 is fitted with ten solar panels, which can generate enough electricity to power all of the boat's hotel services, such as fridges, freezers, and air-conditioning etc whilst at anchor!
The power systems are handled effectively through Greenline's advanced energy management system, which means that solar, battery, inverter and drive work together seamlessly to maximise energy efficiency.
The Greenline 42 has been designed by Marco Casali, creating versatile options for outdoor living.
Via a drop-down transom, the aft cockpit can be converted from a dining space to a swimming platform - ideal for water sports, or simple relaxation.
There is a spacious foredeck lounge at the bow, which creates a quiet space for reading, or a place to socialise - enjoying sundowners after a busy day on the water.
Greenline are advocates of one-level living, creating a seamless connection from saloon to cockpit. The Greenline 42 interior follows the Greenline passion for light, open spaces, with large windows delivering daylight throughout.
The interior is available in two design schemes with options for materials and finishes, cabin layouts, bathroom design, equipment on board, and a choice of furniture and interior details.
The standard layout includes two cabins and two bathrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for four adults with flexible guest options.
With a length of approximately 14 metres (42 feet), and a beam of 4.3 metres, the Greenline 42 balances spaciousness with manoeuvrability.
It is positioned perfectly between the more compact 40 foot class and the Greenline 45 and Greenline 58 models, the perfect balance of size, performance and comfort.
It offers the quiet cruising and efficiency known in all Greenline models, but this yacht offers greater flexibility - it's well-designed to maximize space and gives the owner choice in creating a yachting experience to suit their lifestyle.
